Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your coffee. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund.
Perishable Goods
Coffee is a perishable product. For quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed coffee. If your coffee arrived damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement immediately.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for the current period.
Lightning Payment Refunds
Due to the nature of Lightning Network payments, refunds for Lightning transactions will be issued as a credit to your CafeJusto account or as a new Lightning payment to your wallet.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@chainbytes.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours.
