By accessing or using CafeJusto (justo.cafe), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CafeJusto is a coffee subscription and marketplace platform that connects consumers directly with coffee workers, farms, and roasters. We provide blockchain-verified traceability for every bag of coffee sold through our platform.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to make purchases or subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew at the chosen frequency (monthly or quarterly) until cancelled. You may pause or cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Payments

We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and Lightning Network (Bitcoin) payments. All prices are displayed in USD. Bitcoin/Lightning prices are calculated at the time of purchase and are final once confirmed.

6. Refunds

Coffee is a perishable good. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details on our satisfaction guarantee.

7. Blockchain Data

Certain transaction data is recorded on public blockchains (Liquid Network, Lightning Network) for verification purposes. This data is immutable and cannot be deleted. It does not contain personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

CafeJusto and ChainBytes Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
